This accessory end cap provides a tighter bore aperture for use with 5.56mm rounds. The cap is machined from American-made 17-4PH Stainless w/ black nitride finish. Please note this cap does not include provisions for the installation of a wipe as wipes are generally not recommended for supersonic 5.56mm use. The 5.56MM End Cap weighs 0.89 oz. SKU EA33
ULTRALIGHT 7.62MM TITANIUM END CAP W/ WIPE RETAINER
This accessory end cap offers an additional 0.66 oz (nearly 50%) weight savings over the standard 17-4 stainless cap assembly that ships with the VOX™. The ultralight end cap assembly is American-made 6AL-4V titanium w/ DLC (Diamond-like Carbon) finish. Please note that this assembly does include the wipe retainer but does not ship with a wipe. The Ultralight 7.62mm titanium cap assembly weighs 0.69 oz vs. the standard 17-4 stainless cap assembly which weighs 1.35 oz. SKU EA32
