Description
Machined from solid 6061 aluminum bar stock, Type III anodized in black, and bead blasted to match P2’s finish, RBC is a drop in replacement for the ACRO P2’s plastic cap.
We did not simply copy the P2 plastic battery cap, we took the opportunity to improve it.
* An additional slot was added, dimensions of the slots tightened up to better fit the red T10 and battery cap tool (shipped with the P1/P2 and Duty RDS).
* Precision machined with tight tolerances that match the sight’s battery compartment threads, making installing and removing the battery an easy task.
* Slightly thicker profile with more material that strengthens the RBC, and when used in conjunction with the Tangodown Lens Guard for ACRO P2, creates fences that flank the P2’s brightness adjustment controls. The fencing design is meant to mitigate accidental or unintended actuation of either buttons.
RBC is a joint development between Forward Controls and TangoDown.

NOTE:
Use the curved part of the red Aimpoint tool on RBC.
Duty RDS compatible RBC is slightly different than the P2 RBC, do not use P2 RBC on Duty RDS.
